Servo oscillating cylinders are generally custom-made. Customers can roughly select the shape based on TLA, TDA, TLL, TLH, TLF, TLT. Due to the initial design, then, according to the overall layout, specific requirements such as torque, shape, space limitations, control, and angle feedback are determined for detailed design.
The main feature of the servo cylinder is its low internal damping, which makes it suitable for angle control systems with dynamic characteristics ranging from 1Hz to 5Hz. It has a wide torque range with almost no limitations.
The servo cylinder is designed to have zero leakage, with no internal leakage or external leakage.
The servo cylinder has almost no clearance, with the clearance being as small as around 0.01 degrees.
The servo cylinder can be designed with self-locking function, pressure or torque limiting function.
