A combination of 360-degree rotary actuator (TLA) and straight cylinder.

Custom Servo Rotary Actuators utilize a robust bearing-supported structure and are engineered to meet specific client requirements. While typically custom-made, initial model selection is based on the TLA, TDA, TLL, TLH, TLF, and TLT series, which correspond to the TSA, TSL, TSH, TSF, TST, and TSD actuator types.

Following initial selection, designs are tailored to the application's overall layout, factoring in torque demands, spatial constraints, control parameters, and angle feedback requirements.

Performance Advantages

· Superior Torque & Efficiency: For any given footprint, these actuators deliver higher torque output than standard options. With an efficiency rating of approximately 80%, they offer a significant performance leap over general-purpose swing cylinders (typically 40%–50%).

· Dynamic Precision: Characterized by low internal damping, these units are ideal for angle control systems requiring dynamic response characteristics between 1Hz and 5Hz.

· Zero Leakage & High Accuracy: Engineered for total fluid integrity (zero internal and external leakage) and virtually non-existent backlash—as low as 0.01°.

· Limitless Scalability: They support an expansive torque range with virtually no upper limitations.

Advanced Functional Integration

Designs can be further customized to include:

· Self-locking mechanisms for safety and position holding.

· Pressure and torque limiting functions to protect the system.

· Flexible installation and integration with diverse hydraulic control systems.
