Swing cylinders for large steel dam structures can achieve a single-unit output torque of several million tons of Newton-meters. Due to the symmetrical design, they do not require long-term operation. The pumping station and the oil tank can be made very small, with a large output torque, a small overall structure, and can be directly driven. Replacement and maintenance are simple.
External spline installation, internal hydraulic mechanical lock, hydraulic start unlocking. After reaching the position, the hydraulic system first releases the mechanical lock, then stops the hydraulic system. The external balance valve serves as the second safety locking device.
